The Challenge
Chinese International School (CIS) is one of Hong Kong's premier private schools. Educating the city's elite, CIS has a reputation for excellence and leads the way in educational innovation.
Opening in 2013, CIS is offering a one-year academic and residential program of the highest caliber in Hangzhou, China. This program will be the first of its kind for Grade 9 (14-15 year old) students who will spend a year immersed in Chinese culture and language. They will continue their education under the framework of the internationally recognised IB Middle Years Program. CIS Hangzhou is located on the campus of the Greentown Yuhua - a leading private school in Zhejiang province. Sharing a campus with Chinese peers will provide international students at CIS Hangzhou with meaningful opportunities for exchange and friendship.
