A 'Super' development in London’s most exclusive Belgravia, Number 3 - 10 Grosvenor Crescent is a grade II* listed heritage residence without peer. With only 14 elite homes - valued between £14m to £48m - offering exquisite interiors, state of the art amenities, a chauffeured Rolls Royce house car, 24 hour butler, concierge and security services, Grosvenor Cresecent takes 'Grand Living' to a new level.

Yang Rutherford were appointed both as branding agency and brand guardians to create and manage the strategy, marketing, design and launch. Our scope of work included designing the Grosvenor Crescent identity - a black contemporary sharp letter C set in a gold heritage letter G that blends history with modernity. We created a password protected teaser website, produced personal hand calligraphed invitations for vetted buyers, directed and produced a 3-minute lifestyle film that was shown while buyers were chauffeured to the viewing.

To inform potential overseas buyers of the valuable address, we researched, wrote and developed the 'Belgravia' book. A private publication highlighting the historical, architectural and social importance of the location. The oversized book was also a gift for new owners.

Housing an exquisite silk bound brochure, we designed a hand-made black lacquered crescent shape presentation box - embossed with a wax seal, gold foil lettering and lined in full-grain crimson leather - the content and photography were strategically written and art directed. We also developed theming ideas to dress each room set in the marketing suite. It is typical of the meticulous planning and detailing we applied to this project.
