Ocean 3651 is a luxury development set on prime ocean front in South Beach, Miami. Designed by renowned architects Arquitectonica, the property blends legacy Art Deco with stylish modern living. In-house concierge services also ensure that 3651 caters for all the needs of its discerning residents.

In a crowded property market, we created a bespoke contemporary Art Deco typeface and identity that sets 3651 clearly apart from the competition. A dynamic and alluring website was created, built and developed. Exquisite brochures were designed to the highest specification using metallic and transparent papers and Chinese stitched binding. Eloquently written copy was accompanied by carefully selected stock images.  Heralding the quality one would expect from such an exceptional development, and with its high production value, the brochure was offered within a beautifully produced magnetic self-closing presentation case.
